Company Meetings

I appreciate those who attended the company meetings. We are working this week on a needs assessment and will be posting them along with an action list this week. Several great ideas came up that we are working on right now.
The Board sub-committee will be meeting again this week to discuss the issues of pay and retention. I will have more on this subject in the next few days.
